A few days ago I was sent a message to update my internet
explorer. Since then I am unable to get by background
graphics and the pictures on any web page I visit will not
show. Do anyone have any suggestions on how I can correct
this problem? Please do suggest going to my computer tech
support. I was on the line with them for 55 minutes and
still have not resolve the problem.

What error messages are you getting. If you opened an attachment from an
email claiming to be from Microsoft you have probably installed a virus.
Microsoft DO NOT send patches via email.

Maybe the Show Picture box on your Internet options was un-
checked when you updated it.

Go to tool and left click Internet options, then click on
the advance tap on top and go down to Multimedia to see if
it checked or not. Tnere is also other box's there that
you may need to check also.
