Windows ME missing file C:\window\temp\is4095\1033mst

I downloaded the software for the keyboard for Windows ME
from the Microsoft Update for the Microsoft Natural
Keyboard pro. When I go to install the software I am told
setup cannot finish becasue the file listed above is not
in the temporary file folder in Windows ME. I need that
file and I have not been able to find it when I follow the
command line in Windows ME there an is4094\1033mst file
under temporary folder but but no "is4095" file under the
temporary folder. Am I able to get that from you, or do I
have to live with it. The intelitype software will not
install without that file. I have the program for
installation on the desk top.
